September 16, 2016 Mom, four years, today since you entered Heaven. I'll bet you're still catching up with your own mom and dad, with Chuck, Lydia, and all your friends and relatives! Rick, Dennis and I miss you so very much! Amanda, Gerry, and Jeff would make you so very proud! Aaliyah, Cianna, Brytnee and Brandon...are growing up, so fast! Mikey and Brooke, are too! I see your signs that you are here in spirit and that makes the loss of your earthly precense a little more bearable. We love you and I think of you every single day. You're forever in my heart. Lord, please pick a bunch for me.

Place them in my Mother's arms

and tell her they're from me.

Tell her that I love her and miss her,

and when she turns to smile,

place a kiss upon her cheek

and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,

I do it every day,

but there's an ache within my heart

that will never go away.

it was time to say goodbye

yet still it's hard to hide the pain

For you were such a special Mom

with lots of love to share

and knowing you're no longer here

is very hard to bear.

And though the grief will pass

Happy Birthday to my mother in heaven. Her second birthday in the presence of the Lord and with all those she loved and missed who passed before her.

My dear mother, today is your birthday and as usual I forgot it this morning, as you know, I have always thought your birthday was on September 30th. Its something I will never understand! I would usually be filling you in on the latest news with whats going on with me but I don't need to do that anymore since you are with me every moment. Happy Birthday Mother! Today is the day you came into this period of time to create, raise, teach, love, and nurture me, Cyndi, and Richard. Thank you mother for this special day! I hear you singing with the Angels choir often and cherish the times we spend face to face when I'm resting. I love you mother! and p.s. please stop playing

The Watcher

She always leaned to watch for us
Anxious if we were late,
In winter by the window,
In summer by the gate.
And though we mocked her tenderly
Who had such foolish care,
The long way home would seem more safe,
Because she waited there.
Her thoughts were all so full of us,
She never could forget,
And so I think that where she is
She must be watching yet.
